Growing up in Arizona, he loved being out of doors. It wasn’t until he was a student at Northern Arizona University that he took an art class. His interest and talent led into a career as a freelance illustrator whose paintings appeared on the covers of publications such as US News and World Report.
For more than twenty-five years, he has worked as a landscape painter and is now a regular contributor to museum exhibitions such as Masters of the American West and Prix de West.
