Legendary but short-lived, the Cheyenne, WY partnership of Bill Phillips and Raphael (Filo) Gutierrez, lasted from 1917-1918. Filo was the master engraver whose career stretched over 50 years comprising many of the finest California style bit and spur makers, including Gus Goldberg, G S Garcia, and Juan Estrada. P and G also sold their limited production through Frank Olzer's Arizona Saddlery, and Cheyenne's Blake Miller.
