Rex Crawford was born in Holdenville, Oklahoma, and grew up working on ranches throughout the Southwest. He first became interested in silversmithing in 2000, as he watched his father-in-law, Billy Rodgers, build and engrave spurs. This soon evolved into his own hobby of designing and building silver jewelry and hand engraved pieces for friends and family. In 2010, this hobby grew into a part time business.
Rex’s greatest artistic interest is designing, crafting, and engraving fine metals to create one-of-a-kind pieces. When he’s not in his silver shop, Rex can be found teaching Industrial Arts to high school students.
