Edward B. Quigley, a well listed and traditional Western painter, illustrator, wood carver, and muralist whose chance encounter with a band of cow ponies during a hunting trip in the Pacific Northwest changed his life. The 1930s led to a successful career of painting in the cowboy genre and he ultimately became one of Washington State’s most recognized artists.
